Well I went searching on the net once again to find some bathroom renovation ideas to tell you about and I noticed there are a bunch of good tips floating around out there.
One thing you can think of first of all is getting a special shower head as part of your small bathroom renovation. These days there are so many cool shower heads on the market including shower heads that can give you massages, play mp3 tunes, drop like rain from the ceiling, and much more. This idea is not that expensive but it will really give your small bathroom some style.
Another small bathroom design idea is to look into installing special sink basins. There are all kinds of sinks out there on the market and they also do not cost an arm and a leg to get going. You can really add some style and design to your bathroom by just adding a new sink. If you looking online for sinks you should be able to find a huge selection of quality sinks for sale and stores like Home Depot.
If you want to get a bit more expensive with your small bathroom designs then you can start looking into getting a Jacuzzi style or custom bathtub. Of course the price will start to really increase but so will the value of your home overall. When people see good bathrooms they definitely have a better feel for the home and might be willing to invest more money into when it comes time to sell.
So remember when you start renovating your small bathroom it doesn’t necessarily have to be an expensive upgrade sometimes with little money you can really turn this room into a designer room. Look around and you can find great bathroom renovation ideas especially by collecting photos, pictures, and seeing models of other bathrooms that you think have a nice design.

One vital part of buying a new home or upgrading your current residence is taking care of your bathroom renovation whether it’s large or small you’ll still want to look into it. Starting the project may take a lot of research and pondering, just like decorating and designing the other parts of your home but its well worth the time and effort and the design of your bathroom and home for that matter will pay off in the future as an investment and most importantly with the way you feel about it when you spend time there!
There are several bathroom designs and ideas that you’ll be able to choose from, ranging from the very popular contemporary designs to classic luxury ideas. The contemporary style is very popular nowadays as it has that minimalist look that is very chic. Also if you design your bathroom with a minimal look you don’t need as many accessories to buy so it’s a cheaper design to pull off and execute. The contemporary style will usually have very clean lines and it would usually have whites or pastels as its main color, with a dash or wood or chrome on it to make it come to life. Another advantage of going with the contemporary style is also great for those who have small bathrooms as it gives the illusion of having much space in a constricted area.
Lastly let’s look at the classic and the never-goes-out-of-style luxury bathroom design that is a very accessory-heavy idea. This small bathroom style may suit the taste of those who are used on the finer things in life, those that want to have the finest and most luxurious items surrounding them at every single moment in time. I personally like to stick with a more minimal design aesthetic just because I feel more relaxed. But some people who do like accessories definitely might want to go with this option.
So there you have it, two different bathroom design ideas for your upcoming renovation. Now, there are is a large selection of bathroom renovation ideas out there that may suit your fancy, depending on your own sense of style, preferences and your favored motif. Take your time, do research, find photos and pictures, and work with designers that you trust and have a good reputation!

The problem with small bathroom renovation is that people are usually too scared to actually renovate or at least design them as they fear they will end up using too much space and that the accessories used will make the bathroom design feel too crowded. In some cases because the bathroom is so small people give up on it completely and don’t put any design or renovation effort into it at all!
Not to worry though! There are a number of small bathroom design tactics that will work well even in this small room.
Here are some quick small bathroom renovation tips and tricks to help you glam up this mini room.
- Small bathroom plans have to start with the proper tiling. White or light colors essentially give the effect that you have a wider space than you have. So stay away from dark hued tiles.
- Instead of having a dresser, have a hanging cabinet where you can stash your towels and your wash cloths. You can use the wall above the toilet as this can really save you some much needed space.
- Mirrors give the illusion that you have a wide space so have a big one to cover a wall’s length but do not have two mirrors facing each other as this may be too much and you’ll end up having a dance studio looking bathroom.
- This design tip is a bit hard to control but make sure that you are using as much natural light as possible. This will really give some energy to the room and give it an open feeling.
These are just some quick tips for small bathroom design, decoration, and renovation but of course you should use your imagination to do up your miniature bathroom. These tips can give you the illusion that you have more space than you actually do so try and apply them to your bathroom and see how you feel – trust me they work well!

The bathroom is many times the last place people decide to design and decorate. Especially if you own a small bathroom you might just forget about it and pay no mind. Most people just usually plunk their daily bath items there, if they’re lucky maybe add a rug and a towel rack and that serves as your tiny hole in the wall where you get to shower up, take a bath or do your “business”.
However, even if you have a small bathroom, you can still decorate and design it up with the by putting up some bathroom photos. You heard me right! By using bathroom design photos are the answer in your designing misery as these will be very easy to add in your cramped bath space.
You can buy one or two plastic frames where you can stick your picture in, then just hang it on the bathroom wall. Or, if you do not have any area where you can drill a hole on the bathroom tiles, what you can do is to buy some of those picture frames that are really just made of thing plastic that you can just stick on the wall with a double adhesive tape.
If you have a small table in your bathroom where you have all your bath items stacked, then you can buy a plastic clear box that has a picture slot on it so you can use that box as a holder of bath products and at the same time as a picture accent.
Bathroom design pictures are really items to use if you want to spice up your petite bathroom. Not only do they brighten up your bath area and time, they also make a statement that you belong to this bath and you are not afraid to spice it up a bit even with limited space. It’s always fun to have things to look at no matter what room of the house you are in. Why should your bathroom be any different!

If you have a small bathroom where you can barely move around, then maybe it is time to rearrange the things and furniture in your bathroom and change the décor. Not only will this free up some space (where you can shave, dry your hair, etc) but it can also enhance the feeling and ambience in the room which will also increasing its market value in the long run.
When decorating your small bathrooms, what you need to keep in mind is that less is more. Use photos and pictures to get ideas and inspiration. Here are a few bathroom decorating ideas that you should keep in mind when you’re doing renovation and remodeling of this special room
- If your tiles are light colored, then you have a head start as light colored tiles are good in giving the illusion that you have much physical space to spare. But if you have dark colored tiles, then add a bath rug with light colors, use shower curtains that have light or white colors to bounce the color illusion.
- You may want to remove those closets that litter your bathroom floor and change them to snappy and chic floating cupboards and vanities. They save up floor space and you can place them on walls that will not create much traffic.
- Store your bath robe rack away and place a hook behind your bath door.
- Candles are nice and romantic but if you are not using them, best to store them away as they just add clutter to a small room.
- Use decorations that are light colored and accentuate places only, do not fill the entire room with bamboo shoots on a glass bowl as your bathroom may end up looking like a miniature botanical garden after.
So there you have it some small bathroom plans and ideas for you to try out!
